Shipping and Returns Policy


Tapeworks makes every effort to ship materials purchased from our online store within one week of order placement. Longer lead times may be experienced in some instances. Your purchase will be acknowledged with a ship date within 48 hours of your order.


Tapeworks warrantees our products to comply to acceptable standards for material and to be free of defects due to workmanship. We limit our obligation under this warranty to the exchange of, or full refund for, product found to be defective. Under no circumstance will Cortape NE, Inc. dba Tapeworks be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damage or loss of any kind due to the use or inability to use its’ products.

Tapeworks cannot guarantee the suitability of our products for any specific use or application.



All returns must receive a “Return Authorization Number” prior to shipping the material back to Tapeworks. The request to return material must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. RMA numbers can be requested by contacting Tapeworks by phone or email and stating the reason for requesting the RMA.

If the material is found to be defective, at the sole discretion of Tapeworks, return shipping costs will be at Tapeworks expense. Stock materials ordered in error by the customer will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and be returned at the customers expense. Custom items cannot be returned except for defective workmanship.

Refunds will be processed within two days of receipt of the returned material to the address above. Credit Card refunds will be credited to the same credit card number as the payment was made. A refund by check or credit to account will be made for all other payment methods.
